Golden autumn brings September, and the fragrance of ripe scholarship fills the air. On the occasion of the 42nd Teachers’ Day, the School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics extends the most sincere festival greetings and the highest respect to every faculty member who has worked diligently and contributed selflessly across the School!

The School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics has always upheld the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education. United in purpose and striving for excellence, all faculty and staff have worked diligently and pursued innovation in their respective posts, together writing a new chapter in the School’s development.

Our teachers stand firmly at the lectern, devoting themselves to teaching and educating students. They have continued to advance education and teaching reform, steadily improving the quality of talent cultivation; focused on tackling key and core technologies in the field of integrated circuits, steadily advancing scientific research with continuous new progress and results; and actively engaged in industry–education integration and science–education convergence, serving national strategic needs and economic and social development, and making outstanding contributions to discipline development and the high-quality growth of the School.

Teachers are like light: even a faint glow can reach far. With wisdom, they enlighten the mind; with care, they nurture growth; with perseverance, they embody responsibility; and with dedication, they write the meaning of commitment.

On the path of fostering virtue through education, Dean Ma Binghe has consistently led by example and worked without respite, and has been honored with the university’s 2026 “Fostering Virtue through Education Award.” This distinction marks the first time the School has received the award since its founding, and stands as the finest testament to an educator’s years of steadfast devotion.

In advancing the deep integration of technological innovation and industrial application, Associate Dean Wang Shaoxi has worked for years on the front lines of industry–university–research collaboration, and has been honored with the “2025 China Industry–University–Research Collaboration Innovation Figure Award.” Meanwhile, in recognition of his dedicated guidance in graduate education, he has been named one of the university’s 2026 Outstanding Young Supervisors for Graduate Students—an honor conferred on only eight recipients university-wide, and the first time a member of the School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics has received this distinction.

On the front of practice-oriented education, Deputy Party Secretary Yu Peng has worked with diligence and down-to-earth dedication, receiving the “Northwestern Polytechnical University 2025 Advanced Individual Award in Practice-Oriented Education,” and putting the philosophy of educating students into concrete practice.

In the undergraduate classroom, Li Tianlun teaches every lesson with care and dedication, and has been awarded dual honors: the inaugural Outstanding Undergraduate Classroom Teaching Award and the 2025–2026 Academic Year Most Satisfactory Undergraduate Teacher Award. The “Most Satisfactory Teacher” distinction marks the first time the School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics has received this honor since its founding. In the university’s 2026 related evaluations, Li Tianlun was also named an Advanced Individual in the “Ten Educations” initiative (only 20 recipients university-wide), earning students’ most genuine recognition through action.

In all-round student cultivation, the School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics was named an Advanced Collective in the “Four-All Education” initiative (only ten university-wide). With both the collective and individual honors secured, this dual recognition reflects a School-wide atmosphere in which every member educates students with shared dedication.

In international exchange, the School again received the 2025 “Soaring Across Four Seas” Excellence Award (only six university-wide), marking the second consecutive year the School has been commended by the university.

In campus publicity and new media work, Zhang Siping has devoted herself to telling the School’s stories well, and was named an “Advanced Individual in Campus New Media Work” at Northwestern Polytechnical University for 2025.

Behind every teacher’s name lies a quiet record of day-after-day dedication and love. Standing at a new starting point, all faculty members of the School of Integrated Circuits And Microelectronics will continue to devote themselves to the cause of education with unwavering sincerity, striving tirelessly to cultivate more outstanding talent.
